On Recursive Calculation of M- and GM-Estimates by Direct Identification in LQG Control Systems

چکیده
In the previous papers (Pupeikis, 2000; Genov et al., 2006), a direct approach for estimating the parameters of a discrete-time linear time-invariant (LTI) dynamic system, acting in a closed-loop in the case of additive correlated noise with contaminating outliers uniformly spread in it, is presented. It is assumed here that the parameters of the LQG (Linear Quadratic Gaussian Control) controller are known beforehand. The aim of the given paper is development of a parametric identification approach for a closed-loop system when the parameters of an LTI system as well as that of LQG controller are not known and ought to be estimated. The recursive techniques based on an the Mand GMestimator algorithms are applied here in the calculation of the system as well as noise filter parameters. Afterwards, the recursive parameter estimates are used in each current iteration to determine unknown parameters of the LQG-controller, too. The results of numerical simulation by computer are discussed.

متن کاملAdaptive LQG Control with Loop Transfer Recovery
In this paper we propose for scalar plants an adaptive LQG controller with adaptive input sensitivity function/loop transfer recovery of an associated adaptive LQ design. The sensitivity recovery can be viewed as a frequency-shaped loop recovery where the weights involve a sensitivity function. The adaptive loop/sensitivity recovery is achieved by feeding back the estimation residuals to the co...
متن کاملIdentical and Nonidentical Synchronization of Hyperchaotic Systems by Active Backstepping Method
This paper focuses on the tracking and synchronization problems of hyperchaotic systems based on active backstepping method. The method consists of a recursive approach that interlaces the choice of a Lyapunov function with the design of feedback control. First, a nonlinear recursive active backstepping control vector is designed to track any desired trajectory in hyperchaotic Wang system. Furt...
متن کاملDiscrete-time Adaptive Lqg/ltr Control
An adaptive discrete-time LQG control with loop transfer recovery (LTR) is considered. The control problem is analyzed using state-space model and the parameter estimation problem is implemented for corresponding discrete-time model in transfer function form obtained via ZOH. Thus the direct estimation of model parameters is possible by means of standard RLS or ERLS procedure and the adaptive c...
متن کاملA Novel Reference Current Calculation Method for Shunt Active Power Filters using a Recursive Algebraic Approach
This paper presents a novel method to calculate the reference source current and the referencecompensating current for shunt active power filters (SAPFs). This method first calculates theamplitude and phase of the fundamental load current from a recursive algebraic approach blockbefore calculating the displacement power factor. Next, the amplitude of the reference mains currentis computed with ...
